PAUSE ON THE PLAY® Resource Library
Where brands and professionals create new “normals” in work and life
The last thing we need is another echo chamber, promoting a single perspective on how we should live, lead, and earn. Ready to explore alternatives?
How do I share my values when they aren’t related to my work?
That’s a question we hear a lot, and for good reason. We’ve been conditioned to show up to work as our “professional” self and leave our personal beliefs behind. But the truth is, values inform every area of our life, so why try to compartmentalize?
Within the Resource Library, the workshops explore specific ways to make your values more explicit. Our curated learning experiences will help you challenge harmful norms, show up as an imperfect ally, and live in alignment.

We believe a community should not be limited by age, race, gender, or geographic location.
Understanding happens when each person feels a sense of empathy, identity, and consideration. And change happens when we have the mindset and tools needed to take action imperfectly.
